Why was my card charged if my order wasn't confirmed?
This is usually a temporary authorization hold placed by your bank, which should be released within 3-10 business days. If the order did not go through, you will not be charged. If the transaction was completed, please contact us with your details for immediate assistance.

Order Processing & Shipping
Are all jerseys and products in stock?
Most items are ready to ship. During peak seasons like major tournaments, high-demand jerseys may sell out quickly. Live stock levels are displayed on each product page.
Can I change my order after paying?
We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for packing. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel within 1 hour of placing your order, provided it has not advanced to the packing stage. Please see below for the cancellation procedure.
How do I cancel an order?

What are the shipping methods and delivery times to Europe?
We ship from within the EU using reliable tracked carriers. Delivery within Europe typically takes 7-10 business days. Global delivery times vary between 7-20 business days based on destination.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey using this number on the carrier’s website or in your account.
What if my order hasn’t arrived in the estimated timeframe?
First, check your tracking for updates. If there is no progress or an unusual delay, please contact our support team with your order number so we can investigate with the shipping partner.
Returns & After-Sales
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in unused, original condition with all tags attached. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
How long do exchanges or refunds take?
After we receive the returned item, processing takes 3-5 business days. Refunds are then issued to your original payment method; the time it takes for the funds to reappear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Are there any fees for returns or exchanges?
The customer covers return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error. We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for approved returns.
