At SoccerVibe, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges:

• We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 90 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Important: Customized jerseys (with added names, numbers, or patches) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Refund Process:

1. Contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization.

2. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
